Q: I'm interest in your watches, how can i know the prices?
A: Please fill in the enquiry form, list out the models you would need prices.
If you have plating or movement preferences, please write to us, We will reply to you within 1-2 days.

Q: What is your Minimum order quantity?
A: Our MOQ are base on each different style and material. Most item requires minimum qty at 300pcs per style,
we will accept small order for SWINGY watches.

Q: What is your shipment delivery time?
A: Shipment delivery lead-time about 55 days up to 80 days.

Q: How to place the order?
A: Please contact us via Email winmix@swingy.com.hk or fax 852-29760268.
As soon as we receive your order, we will return you with a confirmation within 1 -2 days.

Q: How can i have the samples?
A: We always provide samples when items are available or existing designs.
Samples can be in either cosmetics/dummy or working, all samples are at charge plus handling and postage.
Sample delivery usually take about 1 month.

Q: Can we make our own deisgns?
A: Yes, we also work on ODM project, we can develop a mould/cast to a final product.
There is a mould development/casting fee. ODM project usually take about 1 month.

Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment for sample, we accept cash payment or "Paypal" for amount below US$2000.00. Full amount payment is required to confirm order.
Payment for shipment, we accept cash or T/T payment. For order amount less then US$2000.00, we require full amount payment to confirm order. For order amount over US$2000.00, we required 30% deposit to confirm order and 70% balance payment before shipment delivery.

Q: What is the packing for watches?
A: We can provide gift box packing or bulk packing for small order and OEM order.
Gift box packing option are paper box for pocket watch and wrist watches at charges. Wood box packing is for pocket watch at charge. If no gift box packing require, we will ship the watches in bulk packing, each in polybag and inner carton box.
